What you will do

• Manage quality control efforts, including functionality and compliance testing from alpha to post-release.
• Own test schedules, budgets, and the creation of multi-discipline test plans.
• Coordinate and monitor activities of external testing providers and internal QA teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Organize bug report databases and define bug flows across global QA regions.
• Analyze and communicate risks related to console and PC game submissions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a QA lead or supervisor role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Game Design, Production, or a related field.
• Proven experience driving QA processes through the full development cycle.
• Strong mastery of JIRA (dashboards, custom filters) and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English (written and oral) is required.
• Must be located in or able to work from Lyon, France (Hybrid setup).
