What you will do

• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Implement project management methodologies and promote best practices across the medical organization.
• Identify project stakeholders, track KPIs, and manage project scope, budget, and risks.
• Coordinate business activities, meeting execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage integration plans for new assets in collaboration with medical workstream leads.
• Partner with the Chief of Staff to the CMO to drive global medical transformation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required, advanced degree preferred.
• Certification in Project Management.
• Strong project management experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage regular work travel.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Medical Affairs.
• Experience with budget and forecasting management.
