TL;DR
Head of FP&A (Finance): Leading the evolution of planning, forecasting, and performance management for a leading rail booking platform with an accent on finance transformation and AI-enabled solutions. Focus on driving operational excellence, scaling financial reporting, and partnering with Executive leadership to steer strategic decision-making.
Location: Hybrid (London), minimum 60% office attendance required over a 12-week period
Salary: £100K – £110K

What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a commercially minded and insight-driven culture.
- Own and evolve end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Drive the transformation of FP&A tools and workflows, championing automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Deliver forward-looking financial insights and performance analysis to support Executive and functional leadership.
- Oversee monthly management reporting and financial commentary to ensure accuracy and commercial relevance.
- Partner with Data and Analytics teams to improve the accessibility and quality of business performance insight.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading FP&A teams within technology, marketplace, or fast-paced commercial environments.
- Proven track record in leading finance transformation, including process redesign and systems implementation.
- Expertise in driver-based modelling and translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Experience with modern FP&A tooling, such as Pigment or similar platforms.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office (60% attendance).
