Finance Business Partner / FP&A Manager

What you will do

• Monitor sales, margin, and rate trends against forecast and budget.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Present financial forecasts and scenario analysis to Board-level stakeholders.
• Deliver robust P&L and cash forecasting, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Partner with commercial stakeholders to optimize category performance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing analyst team.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven experience in commercial finance or FP&A cycles.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience within a large corporate environment is advantageous.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
