TL;DR

Product Marketing Manager (GovTech): Driving go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for a comprehensive financial software suite with an accent on cross-functional collaboration and sales enablement. Focus on developing compelling product narratives, optimizing the buyer journey, and leveraging data to drive pipeline growth within the public sector.

Location: Hybrid role, must be able to work 3 days/week in Oakville, ON or Atlanta, GA office.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements.
  • Refine product messaging, positioning, and storytelling to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battle cards, and value frameworks.
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify trends and pain points in the public sector.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with the product roadmap.
  • Track and analyze the success of marketing initiatives to optimize messaging and campaign efficacy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B technology, or public sector software.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, value-based messaging, and competitive positioning.
  • Proven ability to develop compelling narratives for government agencies and public institutions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a full-stack marketer with a deep understanding of the sales and marketing funnel.
  • Background in digital and demand generation marketing.
