Product Manager (Private Cloud)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Private Cloud): Driving the vision and execution for the Private Cloud Director platform to provide an enterprise alternative to VMware with an accent on virtualization and bare metal infrastructure. Focus on defining the product roadmap, translating customer pain points into innovative solutions, and coordinating with engineering and GTM teams.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $170k–$190k per year

What you will do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for virtualization and bare metal products.
• Collaborate with customers and the open-source community to identify processes and pain points.
• Transform domain expertise into innovative solutions for private cloud consumption.
• Establish and monitor metrics for customer engagement and product success.
• Act as a trusted advisor for select customers to enable successful product deployment.
• Provide training, collateral, and battle cards to the GTM team to enable sales.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience building enterprise software products.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Basic domain knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Linux/KVM).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization or public/private cloud environments.
• Background in product management, sales engineering, or customer success.
