Location: Must be based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington.

Salary: $95,000 - $125,000

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the roadmap for the hirify.global Intelligence platform to support new rankings and verticals.
• Identify and deliver platform enhancements that unlock monetization across subscription, enterprise, and data products.
• Partner with Sales to translate platform capabilities into scalable product offerings and pricing models.
• Improve workflows to move rankings from research to structured data, reducing manual effort.
• Standardize methodologies and data structures to support scalability across franchises.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to define requirements and track platform KPIs.

Requirements

• Must reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, or WA.
• 2–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably with digital or data-based products.
• Experience enhancing or scaling existing systems.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with structured data.
• Demonstrated experience supporting revenue-generating features.
• Ability to manage projects independently within clear strategic goals.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with products incorporating AI-driven features, including generative AI or data automation.
• Interest in media, rankings, research, or intelligence-driven products.
