Salary: $58,200 – $66,600

What you will do

• Perform laser and optical alignment and calibration of instruments.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, optical, and mechanical issues using logical troubleshooting techniques.
• Program and troubleshoot PCB assemblies.
• Maintain quality documentation and identify nonconforming materials to ensure process control.
• Support prototype builds and new product introductions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflow, efficiency, and safety.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Electronics (two-year vocational education) or equivalent.
• Ability to read analog and digital circuit schematics.
• Ability to follow written, graphic, and pictorial procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Must be able to work onsite in Longmont, CO 100% of the time.

Nice to have

• 4 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
