What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX design for multiple features and mid-to-large-sized product initiatives from problem definition to final handoff.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define user needs and deliver cohesive solutions.
• Produce a full range of design artifacts, including wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Integrate AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Figma Make) into the workflow to accelerate research synthesis and design iteration.
• Conduct ethnographic research and usability testing to translate findings into tangible design improvements.
• Contribute to and maintain the hirify.global Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across the product suite.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing B2B or B2C SaaS enterprise applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, complex problem solving, and polished execution.
• Deep proficiency with Figma and hands-on experience contributing to Design Systems.
• Practitioner of Lean UX and fluent in research methods such as interviews and surveys.
• Proficiency in using AI tools as a regular part of the design and research workflow.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
