What you will do

  • Operate and mature the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to ensure design discipline.
  • Lead the development of As-Is and To-Be enterprise architectures.
  • Produce strategic enterprise roadmaps aligned with transformation objectives.
  • Provide authoritative recommendations on complex design questions.
  • Coach and mentor newly hired architects to uplift team capability.
  • Document enterprise-level decisions and establish architecture standards.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture across business, application, data, and technology domains.
  • Proven track record in architecture governance, design decision facilitation, and ARB operation.
  • Strong background in technology strategy definition and roadmap creation.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern digital platform architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of integration, API-led design, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience in data and information architecture supporting regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

  • Domain knowledge in Financial Services.
  • Experience with large-scale transformation delivery.
  • Background in operating model design and capability maturity assessments.
  • Expertise in customer, product, finance, and risk domains.
