What you will do
- Operate and mature the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to ensure design discipline.
- Lead the development of As-Is and To-Be enterprise architectures.
- Produce strategic enterprise roadmaps aligned with transformation objectives.
- Provide authoritative recommendations on complex design questions.
- Coach and mentor newly hired architects to uplift team capability.
- Document enterprise-level decisions and establish architecture standards.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture across business, application, data, and technology domains.
- Proven track record in architecture governance, design decision facilitation, and ARB operation.
- Strong background in technology strategy definition and roadmap creation.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern digital platform architecture.
- Deep knowledge of integration, API-led design, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience in data and information architecture supporting regulatory requirements.
Nice to have
- Domain knowledge in Financial Services.
- Experience with large-scale transformation delivery.
- Background in operating model design and capability maturity assessments.
- Expertise in customer, product, finance, and risk domains.
