AI and Automation Architect (Microsoft D365): Leading complex data architecture design across D365 and Power Platform with an accent on scalable Azure Cloud solutions. Location: Hybrid (1-3 days PW in Birmingham or Manchester), with potential for fully remote after 6 months. Must be a British Citizen, hold ILR or Settled Status.

Salary: £85,000 – £95,000

What you will do

• Lead complex Data Architecture design across D365, Power Platform, and Operations projects.
• Architect end-to-end Azure solutions including AI Foundry, Security, Storage, and Applications.
• Define Data governance, integration, and AI Architecture aligned to Customer Engagement and F&O transformation.
• Serve as the technical authority for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, D365 F&O, and Business Central environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a hands-on Data Architect within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment.
• Deep delivery expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and/or D365 F&O.
• Strong background in Azure architecture, including Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and AI Foundry.
• Experience designing enterprise Data and AI solutions for CRM and ERP workloads.
• Eligibility: British Citizen, ILR or Settled Status required.
