What you will do

• Own end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform
• Define and enforce design standards, patterns, and governance
• Ensure platform health, performance, upgrade readiness, and scalability
• Lead solution design across multiple modules and integrations with Azure, AWS, third-party systems
• Guide adoption of AI and automation capabilities
• Translate business requirements into deliverable solutions, balancing MVP delivery with long-term strategy
• Provide technical leadership to developers and act as senior authority on client and internal initiatives

Requirements

• Strong ServiceNow architecture experience across multiple modules
• Proven delivery of scalable, enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions
• Deep understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and platform data structures
• Experience designing integrations (REST APIs, cloud platforms like Azure/AWS)
• Experience managing platform upgrades, performance, and technical debt
• Practical experience applying AI capabilities within ServiceNow
• Data foundations – mandatory
• Certified technical architect – desirable
