What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to identify customer needs and lead technical discovery sessions.
• Translate business objectives into scalable AI and automation architectures.
• Design customized solutions and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Build and manage integrations with customer systems including CRM, ERP, and databases.
• Support onboarding and deployment for enterprise clients to ensure technical success.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and feature gaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, cloud environments, and data architecture.
• Proven experience working with AI/ML, automation platforms, or SaaS products.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI implementation, automation workflows, or enterprise SaaS.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Background in process optimization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Startup experience or experience in fast-paced environments.
