What you will do

• Deploy and configure AI platform solutions directly within enterprise production environments.
• Serve as the primary technical expert during customer onboarding, integration, and expansion phases.
• Integrate the platform with customer systems, APIs, data sources, and authentication frameworks.
• Develop custom Python scripts and connectors to meet specific enterprise workflow requirements.
• Gather customer feedback to translate real-world use cases into actionable product insights.
• Develop technical playbooks, migration guides, and repeatable deployment processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software, solutions, or implementation engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python for production environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying or integrating systems on Azure.
• Proven track record of working directly with enterprise customers in technical engagements.
• Solid understanding of cloud deployment models, security constraints, and distributed troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
