What you will do

• Manage day-to-day SEO and AI-search optimization (GEO) across the main website and microsites.
• Execute on-page optimization including metadata, schema markup, and internal linking.
• Write and publish SEO- and AI-optimized landing pages, guides, and long-form resources.
• Analyze website behavior using GA4 and heatmaps to identify and resolve friction points.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and overall user experience.
• Report on organic growth, keyword rankings, and AI-search citations to leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO and organic growth, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of AI-search optimization (GEO), entity optimization, and conversational search.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Conductor, and WordPress.
• Ability to translate complex performance data into actionable growth recommendations.
• Experience executing A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
