Client Engagement Manager

Client Engagement Manager: Leading a team of project managers and account coordinators to ensure high-quality execution of packaging graphics and print production for global client accounts. Location: Remote (US only). Must be based in the US, excluding the following states: AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV.

Salary: $75,125 - $98,000 USD annually.

• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Account Managers.
• Ensure high-quality client experience during the production execution phase.
• Implement and adhere to standardized processes to drive operational efficiency.
• Identify process improvements and proactively drive optimizations internally and with clients.
• Manage high-volume project workflows for global brands.
• Resolve packaging artwork issues within the supply chain.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or client engagement within a production environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
