Salary: $70,000–$86,000/yr

What you will do
- Manage and mentor Team Leaders and project managers to ensure high performance.
- Oversee team workload, assignment flow, and resource coverage.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key client accounts.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report trends to senior leadership.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives within Client Services.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.A.
- At least 5 years of experience in quantitative online and digital market research.
- At least 2 years of progressive management experience in operational functions.
- 5+ years of project management experience in a business environment.
- Competence in research design, sampling, and client consultation.
- Strong understanding of industry issues and internal company relationships.
