• Manage and mentor Team Leaders and project managers to ensure high performance.
• Oversee team workload, assignment flow, and resource coverage.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key client accounts.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report trends to senior leadership.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives within Client Services.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.A.
• At least 5 years of experience in quantitative online and digital market research.
• At least 2 years of progressive management experience in operational functions.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a business environment.
• Competence in research design, sampling, and client consultation.
• Strong understanding of industry issues and internal company relationships.
