What you will do

  • Support brands and retailers with inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Resolve order-related issues including damaged items, missing shipments, and refunds.
  • Handle frustrated or emotional customers with empathy and professional kindness.
  • Collaborate with internal departments like Logistics and Payments to solve complex customer issues.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Aircall, and AI-powered support systems to manage queries.
  • Participate in regular training to stay updated on product and process changes.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in both French and English is an absolute requirement.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (corporate, retail, or hospitality).
  • Basic understanding of business concepts such as VAT and B2B wholesale.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural startup environment.
  • Strong active listening and clear communication skills.
  • Comfortable using modern tech tools and computers.

Nice to have

  • Strong written and spoken proficiency in Spanish, German, or Italian.
  • Previous experience working in a retail shop or with independent brands.
  • Familiarity with MacBook and Excel.
