• Provide exceptional support to members, transforming requests into delightful experiences.
• Dedicate 20% of time to driving innovative Care projects based on unique expertise.
• Identify and implement key process improvements to drive operational excellence.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of solutions derived from data insights.
• Guide and inspire teammates while shaping the future of Care at hirify.global.

Requirements

• French and English: Full working proficiency required (written and spoken).
• Location: Must have fiscal residence in France.
• Genuine passion for helping others and solving complex member challenges.
• Confidence in using digital tools and communicating via email, chat, and phone.
• Ability to take initiative and thrive in collaborative, asynchronous environments.
