Salary: $225,000 – $250,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop a multi-year AI and Generative AI product strategy for payment integrity, adjudication workflows, and fraud detection.
• Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Partner with AI and engineering teams to establish architectural standards and governance for regulated environments.
• Oversee the development of large-scale data pipelines for structured and unstructured claims and medical data.
• Drive the transition of AI initiatives from proof-of-concept to reliable, production-ready enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align AI innovation with strategic business outcomes and measurable ROI.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical product management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in Generative AI technologies, LLMs, and AI-powered workflow automation.
• Strong background in software engineering, data engineering, or technical architecture.
• Experience with unstructured data processing in claims systems, medical billing, or financial environments.
• Familiarity with regulated industries (P&C insurance, healthcare, fintech) and compliance frameworks like HIPAA or SOC2.
• Must be based in the United States.
