TL;DR

Paid Media Specialist (Performance Marketing): Managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok for a diverse client portfolio with an accent on measurable online performance and scalability. Focus on campaign tracking, attribution via GTM/GA4, and refining audience targeting to drive conversions.

Location: Hybrid in London (1 day per week in office)

Salary: £200–£350 per day

What you will do

  • Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Execute PPC activities including Search, Display, remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs to identify efficiency and result improvements.
  • Manage campaign tracking, tagging, and attribution using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to refine audience targeting and overall digital strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience managing paid social and PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, pixels, and GA4 reporting.
  • Proven ability to launch campaigns from scratch and optimize live environments.
  • Analytical skills to transform campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London (1 day per week).
