What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment acceptance and acquiring capabilities, from discovery to iteration.
- Define and drive the product strategy to create competitive advantages in the payment processing space.
- Identify high-impact opportunities using data, customer insights, and market trends.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality payment solutions.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, GTM, and Support teams to ensure regulatory compliance and successful launches.
- Drive measurable outcomes regarding adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in payments, acquiring, or a payment processing environment.
- Strong understanding of the card payment lifecycle, including authorization, clearing, and settlement.
- Experience working with acquiring banks, PSPs, or merchant services.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and take ownership of complex problem spaces.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to influence across functions and seniority levels.
Nice to have
- Experience with embedded finance or platform-based products.
- Familiarity with global payments infrastructure, compliance, or financial regulations.
- Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
- Exposure to AI-driven product development.
