What you will do

  • Drive payment strategy and growth across the platform to improve payment adoption, GMV, and share of wallet.
  • Manage strategic relationships with fintech partners like Stripe to align product roadmaps and explore AI-enabled payment flows.
  • Develop and iterate on new growth initiatives to identify untapped opportunities in the merchant journey.
  • Utilize deep fintech and payment technology knowledge to surface new monetization and product opportunities.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support teams to execute growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with data analytics teams to monitor and analyze key growth metrics.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in payments/fintech.
  • Background in management consulting or growth roles within a high-growth tech environment.
  • Proven experience driving go-to-market (GTM) programs and managing stakeholders across all leadership levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interrogate datasets (including using AI for acceleration).
  • Pragmatic problem-solving approach and a growth mindset.
