What you will do

• Build and ship features end-to-end.
• Own parts of the product and drive architectural decisions.

Requirements

• German: close to native level
• Proven experience in building and shipping production-ready web applications.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or comparable modern stacks).
• Ability to take features from concept to production independently.
• Solid understanding of modern web architecture (APIs, state management, data flows).
• Founder-type talent, matching the focus on outcomes and excellence.
