Location: Must be based in Berlin (On-site)
Compensation: €100,000 – €190,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do
- Build core product features end-to-end from initial idea to production deployment.
- Take full ownership of project scoping, architecture, implementation, and rollout.
- Execute on critical initiatives including SDK development, network improvements, and new product bets.
- Ship high-quality, testable code at high speed.
- Collaborate directly with leadership to shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Must be based in Berlin for on-site work.
- Strong experience as a senior or staff-level engineer in product-focused teams.
- Deep hands-on skills in backend (TypeScript/Node), mobile, or frontend development.
- Proven zero-to-one experience in early-stage startups or as a founding engineer.
- Track record of owning complex projects and delivering them to production.
- English: Professional proficiency required.
