What you will do

• Deliver risk-based quality assurance across pensions administration to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review data, calculations, processes, and controls to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Support QA activities for new schemes, complex cases, and legislative changes like the Pensions Dashboard Programme.
• Analyze findings to report trends and root causes, providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with administration, technical, and data teams to embed best practices.
• Communicate findings constructively to foster a positive, learning-led quality culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pensions administration with strong technical knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) schemes.
• Experience in a quality assurance, audit, or oversight role within the pensions sector.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach to quality assurance, balancing challenge with support.
• Must be based in or able to work from one of the specified UK office locations.

• Awareness of the Pensions Dashboard Programme and related data governance.
• Experience supporting process change initiatives or large-scale data projects.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as PMI certificates.
