Test Analyst

Salary: £33,000 - £40,000

What you will do

• Prepare, maintain, and execute test artifacts including planning, scripting, and regression testing.
• Identify and resolve software defects, working closely with developers to ensure quality.
• Update test documentation and artifacts in alignment with business process changes.
• Provide stakeholder reporting throughout test phases using dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with automation testers to identify and prioritize scripts for automation.
• Implement correct test processes and approaches for both project and BAU activities.

Requirements

• IT-related degree or equivalent professional experience in an IT discipline.
• Proven experience in software testing, specifically writing and executing test scripts.
• Strong understanding of QA principles and software testing methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum teams.
• Proficiency with Azure Boards and Azure Test Plans or similar QA tools.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Cardiff, UK for hybrid office attendance.
