QA Analyst

TL;DR

QA Analyst (QA Testing): Ensuring product quality for large-scale software solutions in the global distribution and supply chain sector with an accent on manual testing and test ownership. Location: Hybrid: Must attend the Doncaster office at least twice per week

What you will do

• Own end-to-end testing for features from requirement analysis through to release.
• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases and scenarios.
• Perform independent exploratory, regression, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts for UAT and with developers to define acceptance criteria.
• Identify, prioritize, and document defects to ensure high-quality releases.
• Support and gradually contribute to test automation efforts, particularly with Playwright.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software QA with a strong focus on manual testing.
• Solid understanding of QA principles, methodologies, and testing types.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in writing structured test cases and detailed bug reports.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Doncaster office (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Playwright.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Basic programming or scripting skills.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
