What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX for squad projects from ideation to final delivery.
• Drive the adoption, evolution, and governance of the organizational Design System.
• Act as the primary UX representative in stakeholder meetings to align design with business goals.
• Mentor UX designers and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
• Collaborate with researchers to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into design solutions.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles (WCAG compliance).

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior UX Designer with a strong portfolio of end-to-end processes.
• Expertise in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Hands-on experience implementing and scaling design systems across products.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate design strategies persuasively.
• Experience working in Agile or Lean UX environments with cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester for a hybrid schedule.
