What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain a structured onboarding curriculum for new support agents.
- Develop refresher training modules for existing agents regarding product updates and procedural changes.
- Produce engaging training materials including guides, quick-reference cards, and video scripts.
- Collaborate with QA and Team Leads to identify training needs based on ticket reviews and quality assessments.
Requirements
- Must be based in Georgia
- Proven experience in customer support operations and training delivery.
- Strong ability to develop effective, engaging training content.
- Excellent communication and instructional skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data to identify training gaps.
