What you will do
- Manage service scheduling and monitor customer site needs to ensure the right technician is deployed at the right time.
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound service calls, gathering context and routing issues to the appropriate engineers or teams.
- Log call details and track follow-up items using Salesforce, Slack, and internal CRM systems.
- Facilitate daily service huddles and manage shift transitions and on-call handoffs to ensure continuity.
- Monitor emails and alerts to identify operational risks and escalate urgent issues to leadership early.
- Track technician utilization and analyze call trends to improve routing and reduce friction.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, technical scheduling, or dispatch operations.
- Experience supporting field service teams within automation, robotics, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- English: C1 or higher proficiency required to confidently manage live customer calls and technical conversations.
- Ability to operate across multiple systems and communication channels simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
