What you will do

• Conduct servicing, upgrades, and installations of hirify.global Treatment Delivery Systems in the local area of responsibility.
• Perform routine troubleshooting, board-level repairs, calibrations, and preventative maintenance.
• Provide technical advice and "Help Desk" support to customers via phone and email.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to resolve system issues.
• Manage parts inventory and maintain company-leased equipment, computers, and tools.
• Instruct customers on the proper use of equipment and collaborate with Sales/Customer Service on technical queries.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Electronic/Electrical engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of hirify.global Linac field service experience or equivalent systems.
• Strong electro-mechanical aptitude and ability to perform fault finding at the board level.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload in a dynamic environment.
• English: Fluent or Business level skills for oral and written communication (Optional).
• Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time (Optional).
• Driver's license: Must maintain an active license (Optional).
