What you will do

Provide on-site service and maintenance for production tester systems at customer locations.
Perform new system installations and hardware upgrades.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic problems.
Report technical activities and progress to the US headquarters and local teams.
Manage customer relationships and ensure technical satisfaction on-site.

Requirements

University or college degree in electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
Up to 10 years of field service experience with test or semiconductor equipment.
Fluent proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to travel internationally for business trips.
Willingness to work shifts, flexible weekends, and special holidays.
