What you will do

• Perform and support roll production, maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Identify parts using technical drawings and IDs to ensure correct application for each job.
• Manage customer projects, including component purchasing, delivery follow-up, part inspection, and packing.
• Respond to customer technical issues promptly and coordinate effective solutions.
• Lead and participate in service project meetings, from kick-off to wrap-up.
• Maintain tools in good condition and keep accurate technical records.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in paper mill roll maintenance and management.
• Strong mechanical maintenance background.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and CAD tools.
• Ready and willing to travel frequently.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of automation or hydraulics.
• Experience in mechanical machining.
