Location: Hybrid working in ANZ (Australia and New Zealand)

What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on capability building and engagement.
- Manage the ANZ product development project portfolio across innovation, renovation, and productivity.
- Own end-to-end product development from recipe design and trials to factory scale-up and launch.
- Partner with global Marketing, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Medical teams to deliver an innovation pipeline.
- Ensure all products meet nutritional, sustainability, safety, and regulatory requirements while optimizing cost.
- Provide technical leadership to resolve complex product, process, or compliance challenges.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in Product Development within FMCG, specifically in dairy or specialized nutrition.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing complex project portfolios.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end innovation and product development processes.
- Experience working with regulatory frameworks relevant to ANZ and Asia markets.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
