What you will do

• Develop mechanical components with a holistic view of impact on patients and end users.
• Build and test prototypes using additive manufacturing and various hand tools.
• Design and execute verification and validation tests to ensure products meet specifications.
• Solve complex design problems using a combination of analytical and empirical methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, systems, software, and industrial design.
• Document development and testing processes in compliance with ISO and FDA regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a product development role.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably medical devices.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Creo CAD software.
• Experience with ANSYS FEA or CFD analysis.
• Background in designing injection-molded components.
