What you will do

• Lead the Afternoon Shift High Care team, communicating production goals and expectations.
• Monitor and adjust production processes to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, CCPs, and QCPs throughout production.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and SHEQ stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot production failures and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Train and develop team members while maintaining headcount within company budgets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience operating production machinery and systems.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work nights and flexible hours on-site in Dandenong South.
