What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for Email Threat Protection features, from discovery and problem framing to production-ready UI.
• Own and evolve the global design system, authoring documentation for components, patterns, and templates.
• Leverage AI-native tools like Cursor, Claude, and Figma Make to rapidly move from design to working prototypes and production frontend.
• Create UX patterns that effectively surface AI confidence, uncertainty, and reasoning to inform security administrators.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and product squads to validate directions using research and qualitative insights.

Requirements

• In-depth product design experience with a portfolio of shipped B2B or SaaS products.
• Mastery of Figma and strong foundations in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Active, demonstrable use of AI-native prototyping workflows and agentic tools to produce working UI.
• Meaningful experience contributing to and documenting design systems as a living resource.
• Proven track record of working in Agile, multi-disciplinary squads based on real user needs.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for LLM-powered or conversational products.
• Background in cybersecurity, data-heavy, or enterprise admin interfaces.
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Experience with motion design or advanced tools like Framer and Rive.
