TL;DR

Customer Care Representative: Provide quick and clear information to clients across multiple channels with an accent on improving customer experience and coaching outsourced agents. Focus on exceeding customer expectations, testing new solutions, and collaborating across teams to enhance service quality.

Location: Hybrid in Bordeaux with 2 remote days per week and 1 remote work week per quarter

What you will do

  • Provide clients with quick and clear information on complex issues via email, phone, social media, and live chat
  • Proactively improve customer experience with a focus on your market
  • Coach and advise outsourced agents daily online and during occasional in-person visits
  • Test new customer-related solutions and tools
  • Participate in transversal projects collaborating with Care Ops and Content & Training teams
  • Represent the customer’s voice across the company

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Care position
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or social media is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate data
  • Experience coordinating projects across teams
