Location: Phoenix, AZ hub (must live within commuting distance); Remote (work from home or a global office hub)

Salary: $24.04–$28.85 per hour (offers equity)

What you will do

• Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude to ensure a positive experience
• Resolve customer issues related to payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely, high-quality manner
• Learn hirify.global’s product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for users
• Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions
• Identify opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

• Weekend availability required
• 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services
• Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations
• Experience with customer-facing systems such as Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom
• Customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving/process-improvement orientation
• Must live within commuting distance of the Phoenix, AZ hub
