Location: Must live within commuting distance of the Phoenix, AZ hub (Hybrid)
Salary: $24.04 per hour

What you will do
- Interact with buyers and sellers to ensure a positive, customer-first experience.
- Resolve issues regarding payments, orders, and shipments in a timely, high-quality manner.
- Master 's products and internal systems to drive positive user outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to research and troubleshoot open questions.
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce repeat customer contacts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (graduating December 2025 or by Summer 2026).
- Weekend availability required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues compassionately.
- Proven ability to multitask and quickly learn new technical systems.
- A team-player mindset with high ownership over problem resolution.
Nice to have
- Internship or part-time experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
- Prior exposure to support tools such as Zendesk or Intercom.
