What you will do

  • Lead and execute go-to-market strategies to drive growth in bookings, revenue, and market share.
  • Own and deliver quarterly and annual financial commitments for strategic accounts.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global sales team.
  • Engage directly with executive-level customer stakeholders to strengthen relationships and uncover opportunities.
  • Spearhead complex, high-impact sales pursuits to accelerate deal closure.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer requirements with global product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in senior sales leadership within telecommunications or networking.
  • Proven success owning and growing strategic or global accounts with significant revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale geographically distributed sales teams.
  • Extensive experience negotiating with executive-level customer stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of telecom infrastructure, specifically optical, routing, or switching.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience managing strategic accounts with multi-year investment cycles.
  • Balanced background selling both directly and through partners.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced business education.
  • Experience driving transformational platform refresh programs.
