What you will do
- Lead and execute go-to-market strategies to drive growth in bookings, revenue, and market share.
- Own and deliver quarterly and annual financial commitments for strategic accounts.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global sales team.
- Engage directly with executive-level customer stakeholders to strengthen relationships and uncover opportunities.
- Spearhead complex, high-impact sales pursuits to accelerate deal closure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer requirements with global product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in senior sales leadership within telecommunications or networking.
- Proven success owning and growing strategic or global accounts with significant revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale geographically distributed sales teams.
- Extensive experience negotiating with executive-level customer stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of telecom infrastructure, specifically optical, routing, or switching.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Direct experience managing strategic accounts with multi-year investment cycles.
- Balanced background selling both directly and through partners.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business education.
- Experience driving transformational platform refresh programs.
