What you will do

• Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on robotic manufacturing cells.
• Diagnose root causes for system failures and restore production quickly.
• Provide hands-on technical support to customer operators and maintenance teams.
• Log service activity, asset updates, and spare parts in CMMS platforms.
• Monitor system performance remotely using fleet dashboards and tools.
• Identify recurring failure patterns and escalate systemic risks for improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on field service experience supporting robotic or industrial automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, PLC, or robotic control systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and pneumatic drawings.
• Must be comfortable with local travel up to 80% and overnight travel up to 50%.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety standards including LOTO and industrial compliance.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for structured service documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with 6-axis robot brands like Fanuc, KUKA, Yaskawa, ABB, or Universal Robots.
• Familiarity with palletizing, case packing, or conveyor systems.
