What you will do

• Lead the planning, installation, and commissioning of vision systems at customer sites.
• Develop and coach a high-performing FAE team, establishing standards for excellence.
• Oversee customer onboarding and training programs to ensure operator confidence.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive product feedback and improvements.
• Track operational KPIs such as uptime, adoption, and deployment quality.
• Manage resolution of complex technical escalations and create scalable field documentation.

Requirements

• 9–15 years of relevant experience in robotics and automation.
• Proven experience leading technical and engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of robotics, automation, and system troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% of the time, including international travel.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
