What you will do

• Define controls architecture for factories, including platforms, safety systems, and communication protocols.
• Lead virtual commissioning to simulate and validate controls logic before deployment.
• Design, program, and commission in-house control systems for custom manufacturing equipment.
• Program and optimize industrial robots, including 6-axis systems and gantry systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to ensure functional safety and mitigation.
• Manage supplier performance to align with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, with a focus on safety systems and controls engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in PLC programming using Beckhoff TwinCAT, Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley, and Siemens TIA Portal.
• Strong command of Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
• Extensive experience with 6-axis robots, gantry systems, and high-volume manufacturing process equipment.
• Deep expertise in risk assessments and functional safety validation.
