What you will do
- Plan and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives including email, SMS, and paid media.
- Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and documentation to ensure project accountability.
- Coordinate creative production for paid channels like Meta and Google, including brief development and testing.
- Develop and distribute educational content to support conversion and retention goals.
- Own social media planning, content calendars, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership and external vendors to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada or the United States
- 5–7 years of hands-on marketing experience in early-stage or fast-moving environments.
- Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels.
- Experience with performance marketing creative testing and iteration.
- Familiarity with email/SMS platforms and social media scheduling tools.
- Experience in health, wellness, or regulated consumer brands.
