Location: Must be based in the US (Remote, or hybrid in Lehi, UT or San Francisco, CA)

hirify.global is a venture-backed Health-Tech company disrupting the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector with a next-generation drug acquisition platform.

What you will do

  • Define KPIs and track ROI for enterprise events to measure and report performance.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of B2B event portfolios, including trade shows, industry sponsorships, and regional field events.
  • Manage event budgets and vendor negotiations to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up campaigns for lead conversion.
  • Enable the sales team by providing pre-event briefings and managing seamless lead handoff processes.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B event marketing, trade shows, or field events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong project management and budget management skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Must be based in the United States.
