Salary: $148,500 – $246,000 annually

What you will do
- Source and recruit participants for qualitative and quantitative research studies, including interviews, usability tests, surveys, and focus groups.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, encompassing outreach, screening, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Build and maintain a diverse panel of research participants across various B2B demographics and personas.
- Develop and manage tracking systems to ensure data quality, prevent over-sampling, and maintain privacy compliance.
- Partner with researchers to design tailored recruitment strategies and manage external recruitment vendors.
- Identify and implement automation for manual recruiting workflows to reduce time-to-recruit.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience specifically focused on research operations, user research, or customer insights.
- Proven experience recruiting in B2B/Enterprise environments, specifically reaching IT Admins and decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Technical proficiency with tools such as Ethnio, UserInterviews, Salesforce, or Qualtrics.
