What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX design processes including discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and validation.
• Execute quantitative and qualitative research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests.
• Translate user data and research insights into actionable recommendations for product evolution.
• Validate product hypotheses through experimentation, including A/B tests and MVPs.
• Design high-fidelity user flows and wireframes in Figma, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Analyze user behavior metrics such as funnels and conversion to inform design decisions.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product/UX Designer for digital products, preferably in e-commerce or large-scale platforms.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and solution validation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product metrics and user data.
• Mastery of Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics tools such as GA4 or Mixpanel.
• Knowledge of experimentation frameworks (CRO, A/B testing).
• Experience with high-traffic digital products.
• Knowledge of Design Systems and design governance.
