• Manage data entry and verify payment information, dollar amounts, and contact details for all parties.
• Create and track receipt of Closing Disclosures to ensure strict compliance with TRID regulations.
• Coordinate with title companies to send closing instructions and approve final numbers.
• Review and clear outstanding underwriting conditions prior to closing.
• Prepare and execute loan documents according to investor and company guidelines.
• Perform final compliance checks and handle post-closing citation items.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Mortgage Closing, Funding, or Title.
• Must reside within the United States.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math and logic skills with the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
